Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
Standard Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number, which is in your confirmation email.
To start a return, contact us at support@everythingjustbaked.com. If your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damage or defect, where we cover return shipping.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies (with the exceptions noted below).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Signed copies of Better Than Grandma's Cookbook — All signed cookbooks are considered personalized items and are non-returnable, except in cases of damage during shipping.
- Perishable goods, food products, and personal care items
- Sale items and gift cards
If you have questions about whether a specific item is returnable, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
International Returns
We ship worldwide and accept returns from international customers under the same 30-day policy. Please note that international return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number as proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@everythingjustbaked.com.
