Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Everything Just Baked. Here's what to expect when your order is on its way.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Pre-Order Shipping
For pre-order items, the estimated ship date is listed on the product page. Better Than Grandma's is currently scheduled to ship on September 15, 2026.
Pre-order ship dates are estimates and may shift slightly based on production timelines outside of our control. If a meaningful delay occurs, we'll email all pre-order customers with an updated timeline. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they're received, so earlier orders ship first.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days after your order has shipped, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Customs, duties, and taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before ordering.
Refused packages: If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, your building's mailroom, or anywhere the carrier may have left it.
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- If you still can't locate your package, contact us at support@everythingjustbaked.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll do our best to help.
Everything Just Baked is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. We will, however, work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@everythingjustbaked.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@everythingjustbaked.com — we can sometimes update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
